We are busy organising another great Wayland Show for 2027!

Fresh off the success of this year’s event, our committee is already hard at work planning a bigger show with a fantastic line-up for 2027. We are partnering with local organisations, businesses, and community groups to bring you a true regional celebration that honours our rich heritage while looking firmly to the future. The Wayland Show perfectly bridges tradition with modern countryside life. Whether you are a lifelong regular or a first-time visitor, you will experience the very best of true rural life-from exceptional livestock displays to spectacular main ring events. We are packing the 2027 schedule with interactive events, hands-on experiences, and competitions for all ages. Visitors will have the chance to see impressive modern agricultural machinery, meet rare breeds like the magnificent Suffolk horse, and enjoy the very best entertainment our region has to offer. At the heart of the show ground will be a showcase of local talent. We are proud to feature quality livestock, live music, delicious local food, and the incredible work of our regional craftspeople, makers, and bakers.

An event this size relies on our fantastic community. While official applications and schedules aren’t open just yet, we want you to start planning your entries! We will soon be looking for:

- Trade Stands & Caterers: Businesses and food stalls looking to showcase to thousands of visitors.
- Craftspeople, Makers & Bakers: Talented locals to fill our popular craft and produce marquees.
- Competitors & Exhibitors: Proud owners to enter their premium livestock, stunning vintage vehicles, or finest homegrown goods in our horticultural competitions.

We are always pleased to welcome all of our visitors, exhibitors, competitors, entertainers, sponsors and supporters to our show. You all make it so worthwhile!
We are looking for willing volunteers who would like to assist with varied sections of our Show, from food and drink, main ring, site layout, entertainment and marketing in addition to general help and organisation with set-up and take-down.
