Old Fashioned Pudding Company
Over 30 years ago Nanna Allen taught me how to make a Christmas pudding from a recipe she had used all of her married life. Using simple ingredients and no added preservatives, colourings or flavours, our puddings are handmade ensuring the fruit stays juicy and whole, creating a wonderfully light and crumbly texture for you to enjoy at your Christmas table.
We also specialise in homemade steamed puddings from Raspberry to Chocolate and Spotted Dick to Lemon Curd. All good old-fashioned puddings and our biggest success by far is the classic Golden Syrup.

Musks Sausages
The recipe for the Newmarket sausage is unchanged since the days of Queen Victoria in 1884. James Musk’s original recipe lives on, passed down through the generations, and remains a closely guarded secret by the current owners, ensuring the sausages continue to be made to the same exacting standards as they always have been.
Handmade with care in small batches, Musks sausages, chipolatas, cocktail sausages and sausage meat are free from colouring and additives, the very idea of using them being as unthinkable now as it was in James Musk’s day.
