A marque devoted entirely to horticulture, the public may enter in any of the classes on the schedule to include floral displays, vegetables, hanging baskets, patio pots and for the children, a miniature garden and a vegetable sculpture. Schedules for the show can be obtained from the Secretary. Entrance is 50 pence per item, and there are cash and voucher prizes to be won for the first three places in each class.

There are also cups that have been donated by several local people and businesses which are given to the winner in each group and the winner of the most points has a rose bowl presented to them. Our thanks again go this year to the sponsors of this section. Even if you do not enter yourself, come along and admire all the entries.
