Have a go at judging!

Competition time. This year all you budding judges can have a go at judging animals as you wander around the showground. We have arranged for you to have a go at judging cattle, chickens, pigs and sheep.
There will be advisory notes and people to give you advice before you make your decision and fill in your form with the animal’s in the order you think they should be placed. The completed form with all the animal sections completed can be left at one of the judging areas.
The successful winner will win a family ticket for next year and £50 spending money which will be given to the winner on their arrival at the 2018 show. In the event of more than one correct answer one winner will be drawn from a hat at our AGM. Committee members and their immediate families can take part but they cannot win the prize. We will publish the correct answers on our website after the show and possibly all those who were correct. This competition is kindly sponsored by Brad Webb Fencing.

The Wayland Agricultural Society CIC is VAT registered. Therefore VAT is now included in all costs (where applicable) on this website and all Entry and Application forms. Where requested, a VAT receipt will be issued to enable VAT registered businesses reclaim the tax element.

If you’re an exhibitor or trade stand please see our Exhibitors page.
