Welcome
The 135th Wayland Agricultural Show will be held on Sunday 3rd August 2008.
The Show opens at 10am and closes at 5pm.
Waitrose (Swaffham) are kindly sponsoring the “Taste of Norfolk” marquee which will have a wide range of Norfolk produce including beer, wines, spirits and locally produced meats, cakes, jam and ice cream.
We are pleased to announce that the West Norfolk R.D.A. will hold a horse show at this year’s Wayland Show. There will be classes for In Hand, Ridden, and Fun Classes. This will be held on last year’s livestock field with the cattle, sheep and pigs moving onto the main show field. Please see more information and downloadable schedules on the Shows and Classes page.
The main arena will have a wide range of events including the world famous Moto Stunts International Display Team. See main arena page for more details.
The “Best of Norfolk” marquee will have Norfolk dogs, cattle, sheep, poultry and show birds.
Volunteers
We are looking for new committee members to join the Wayland Agricultural Society. Can you can spare one evening a month? Or maybe you’d just like to be a helper during the Show. We have a most active and friendly committee, but many hands make light work.
