Welcome

Amazing entertainment for the 2012 show’s main ring!
Action-packed, spectacular and dangerous quad-bike stunts and jumps will be performed by ex-world champion motocross rider Jason Smyth’s ‘Adrenalin Tour’, plus the famous Meirion Owen ‘Quack Pack’ is back by popular demand to enthral us with their highly entertaining duck herding demonstrations.
In addition, the show’s livestock and horse jumping competitions, gun dogs, foxhounds, beagles, vintage vehicles, the Taste of Norfolk, Lifestyle, Arts & Crafts, Fur & Feather, Horticulture and Home marquees plus the many trade displays ensure an unmissable day out.
For our last show in 2011 we had lovely weather, our biggest attendance ever of over 15,000 visitors, plus wonderful livestock and equine competitions. Many thanks to all who supported the show – the sponsors, the trade stands, competitors and the public.
In 2011 we were able to donate a total of £28,000 to local charities; £17,000 from the show and £11,000 which was raised at our annual dinner dance. The 2012 Annual Ball will be held on Saturday 17 March. Further details plus booking information are available on the ‘About the Society’ page.
The application form for charities and clubs to apply for funds from the Wayland Agricultural Show Society is in the Charity News section.
Show Champion of Champions
